NΕW ALERT is committed to developing and applying effective occupational health and safety (OH&S) systems, standards and practices, appropriate to risks associated with its business activities. The Company delivers its OH&S programme through structured implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series standard OHSAS 18001.

In conducting our business, we are committed to our values and always make sure we build integrity into everything we do. The core of our values and code of conduct is our commitment to sustainability. We understand sustainability very broadly, leading to behaviour which is socially, environmentally and economically responsible. This code of conduct sets out the basic rules for each of us at NΕW ALERT to follow when we do business. We similarly expect and require our representatives, consultants, agents, suppliers, contractors and other parties, who work with us, to respect the same principles. However, this code may not address every situation which we come across. We also need to use our good judgment and common sense in our actions. So, if in doubt, when conducting our everyday business, we keep asking ourselves the question, “Is this sustainable?”
