New important partnership for NewAlert in the field of Facility Management.

The NewALERT, in a joint venture with Aktor Facility Management, undertakes the provision of technical management services in buildings of the Hellenic Land Registry, in the context of a nationwide project.
The consortium has emerged as the contractor in all three parts of the tender, which concern a total of 94 buildings throughout Greece.
The scope includes, among other things, periodic maintenance and repair of electromechanical installations and building infrastructure, support of the proper operation of the facilities, energy recordings and consumption analyses, as well as support of security systems.
For NewAlert, participating in a project of this scale further strengthens our presence in the field of integrated Facility Management and confirms our confidence in our expertise and operational consistency.
