NewALERT actively participated in the extension of the Olympia Odos Motorway, in the Patras – Pyrgos section, undertaking the supply, installation and commissioning of advanced traffic supervision and management systems, contributing to the safety and smooth operation of the road network.
In detail, the implementation included:
-Closed Circuit Camera (CCTV) for real-time traffic monitoring, enhancing immediate incident detection and handling.
-Traffic data measurement systems, to collect and analyze information that supports decision-making and traffic management.
-Security systems for technical installations with video analytics technology, offering advanced surveillance and automated risk detection capabilities.
-Weather stations, for continuous monitoring of weather conditions and early warning in cases of extreme phenomena.
