As part of its mandate for taking over management and operations at the 14 airports, Fraport Greece is upgrading the airports’ facilities, which will contribute significantly to improving the overall customer travel experience, while responding to the expected increase in passenger traffic.
For Samos Airport “Aristarchos o Samios” they have planned to expand and remodel the current terminal, to build a new Fire Station, to reorganize the airport apron area, to increase 39% the total size of the terminal at 9,605 m2, to increase 40% the number of check-in counters, to increase 25% the number of departure gates and to increase by 50% the number of security-check lanes
Intrakat SA contracted with NEW ALERT to construct and commission the electrical infrastructure of the new airport. Our scope of work included installation of new conduit and cabling for all the systems and components that were included in the project, as well as installation connection and termination of all equipment on site.
