AKTOR CONCESSIONS has signed a Concession Agreement for the right to use, operate, manage and develop the Alimos Marina for a period of 40 years. This is the largest marina in the Balkans and a strategic investment on the rapidly developing coastal front of the Greek capital, with multiple added value, in both local and national level. Alimos Marina is a point of reference for residents of the wider urban, visitors and owners of private and professional yachts, as it serves as an important departure point for a large number of yachts. The project is going to regenerate the land and maritime areas, for the creation of a state-of-the-art, hospitable and integrated marina, which will be a landmark for the wider region, while contributing to the overall upgrade of the Greek tourism product.

NEW ALERT undertook the responsibility to renovate and reshape all the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of the Marina. Our scope of work included installation of new conduit and cabling for all areas, as well as installation of a pressurized network of pipes and extinguishing nozzles.
