Operation and Maintenance of the Student Residences of the University of Crete.

With great Joy and Sense of Responsibility, NewALERT Announces the Signing of the Emblematic Management Agreement with the Private Partnership Entity of the renowned Aktor Group Group for the Operation and Maintenance of the Student Residences of the University of Crete for 27 years, marking an important step for the upgrade of the infrastructure and the improvement of the quality of life of students. The scope of the Contract covers all the Maintenance and Technical Management Services of the Dormitories, with a total capacity of 4,846 beds, distributed in the University Campuses of Rethymno (2,710 beds) and Heraklion (2,136 beds), as well as other building facilities of the University.
